This fall marks an extraordinary journey we have made together as Christ United Methodist Church for the last 25 years. A faithful congregation in Lake in the Hills started dreaming of God’s dream. After selling the church building with limited space, they worshiped and continued their ministry in the Crystal Lake South High School for 12 years until they built our current campus. We are grateful for the witness our church family has woven through its history. We are grateful for who we are as a Reconciling congregation as we seek to be an inclusive and diverse faith community. We are hopeful for the future unfolding – God’s possibilities and vision for who we can become and how we can serve.
Join us in worship and time of fellowship on three Sundays – October 29, November 5, and November 12. We will have special highlights each week and the celebration will be concluded with a luncheon on November 12, following the worship service. Please click here to RSVP for the lunch.
